The Audemars Piguet [Re]master01 Selfwinding Chronograph Watch, with a diameter of 40 mm, is equipped with the iconic teardrop-shaped lugs. The case is made of stainless steel, while the bezel, crown and buttons are made of 18K rose gold. The original watch had a diameter of 36.5 mm and was considered a large watch in the 1940s. Therefore, the new watch is appropriately enlarged in size, but still retains the retro style.

The color scheme of the hands also follows the original scheme. The gold-plated hands indicate the time, and the blue steel hands are used for timing. Similarly, the 30-minute counter is decorated with a red "45" (halftime of football match) digital mark, which is said to be the request of Jacques-Louis Audemars, who is a loyal fan of football. [Re]The Caliber 4409 on the master01 is the same as the Caliber 4401 built in Code 11.59 last year, belonging to the same chronograph movement series. Caliber 4409 is a self-made Audemars Piguet movement with a large size (32 mm in diameter), equipped with column wheels and vertical clutches that are common in modern high-end chronograph movements, and can provide up to 70 hours of power storage. Unlike Caliber 4401, Caliber 4409 has removed the date display module.
